David Brekke is John’s son and partner in the business. For two decades he has graced Brekke Consulting with his skills as an executive coach, strategist, psychometrician, and strategic thinking coach. He works with companies to uncover new possibilities for revenue growth and enable senior leaders to enhance their leadership abilities.

David has created / enhanced several leadership tools including the “Executive 360 Assessment,” “The Brekke Consulting Strategic Thinking Program,” and “The Brekke Consulting Career Development Process.” He is co-author of “Lessons From The Field: Simple lessons about success, leadership, and living a balanced life.”
